What if the service doesn't work for you?

Even though we created this service specifically for RV travelers, sometimes folks that live in rural areas use it for high-speed internet when cable isn't available.

Occasionally it does happen that these people are even too far from cell towers for our service to work properly.

We never want you to feel like you can't try out our service to see if it works for your situation. That's why we have the 14-Day Guarantee.

Here are the terms, in simple language:

  • If unhappy with the service, you may return the modem for a full refund. We will even pay for return shipping.

  • The 14 days starts the day you receive your modem. Delivery day is day #1. We don't start counting at the time of purchase to ensure you have the entire 14 days to test the service.

  • You must notify us that you want to return the equipment by midnight Eastern on the 14th day.

  • Upon notification of intent to return, we will provide a shipping label. You will need to print this out. If you don't have a printer, you can go to the campground office or an office supply store to have them print it for you.

  • You are responsible for acquiring a small flat rate box from the Post Office (they are free).

  • Pack the equipment securely with the same packaging material from the original shipment.

  • Chargers/cables must be returned with the router!

  • You have until day 21 to have the equipment in the mail and on its way to us.

  • Your 100% refund will be processed as soon as the equipment is received!

We want everyone to feel comfortable trying out our service so we are providing what we feel is a generous and easy-to-follow guarantee. This policy will be strictly adhered to with no exceptions.
