Canceling Service

How to cancel if you decide you no longer need the service.

You can always cancel your service with absolutely no hassle.

You can do it yourself in our payment system. No need to even contact us.

Here are the steps:

  1. Visit your customer hub.

  2. Enter the email address you used to sign up for the service.

  3. An email will be sent to you with a link that will log you into your account.

  4. Once you click on that link, you will have access to cancel your subscription to the service.

If you ever decide you want to resume your service, simply contact us and we will help you turn your internet back on.
